The Church of Dinise: 17 Years of Transforming Lives -A Testament of Faith and Community Impact.

While it takes a group to keep Samaritans Heart Ministries, there is one guy who is at the heart of Samaritans Heart. That heart is Pastor Josue Octeus. As Executive Director, Pastor Josue is instrumental in coordinating activities in Haiti.

Haiti, this beautiful Caribbean country, at one hand, faces recurring challenges related to insecurity by

armed gangs, political crisis and corruption. At the other hands, it is a country prone to natural disasters,

recently experienced severe flooding at the beginning of June 2023 and still is under the threats of being

destroyed by other natural disasters such as storms, hurricanes, strong winds, etc.
